In-Store Brand Survey — Terms & Conditions

•       This survey is voluntary. You are under no obligation to take part, and you may decline to answer any individual question.

•       You may stop the survey at any time. Any answers you have already given up to that point may still be used unless you request their removal (see Section 5).

•       The survey is open to participants aged 13 and over. If you are under 16, please ensure a parent or guardian is aware you are taking part.

•       There is no payment or reward for completing this survey unless otherwise stated at the point of collection.

As part of this survey, we may ask for information including, but not limited to:

•       Your age range and general location (e.g. postcode or town)

•       Your shopping habits and preferences relating to P Louise and other brands

•       Your views on our products, brand, marketing, loyalty scheme, and Budget Box subscription service

•       Open-text feedback and comments you choose to provide

We do not ask for your full name, date of birth, home address, payment details, or any other sensitive personal information as part of this survey, unless you choose to provide it voluntarily via an open-text response — in which case we would encourage you not to.

The information collected through this survey is used by P Louise for the following purposes:

•       To understand customer footfall and travel patterns to our Stockport Empire store

•       To improve our products, marketing, and in-store experience

•       To inform decisions about our loyalty scheme and Budget Box subscription service

•       To produce internal reports and summaries, which may include anonymised or aggregated quotes from open-text answers

Responses may be reviewed by relevant P Louise staff and, where necessary, trusted third-party partners who help us analyse survey data (such as market research or data analysis providers), under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your survey responses to third parties.

Where this survey is anonymous (i.e. we cannot identify you from your answers), UK data protection law does not treat your responses as personal data, and the rights in Section 5 may not apply in the same way.

Where responses could reasonably identify you (for example, if you provide an email address or highly specific location details), we process this information on the basis of your consent, given by voluntarily completing and submitting the survey. You may withdraw this consent at any time as set out in Section 5.

We will retain survey responses only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in Section 3, after which data will be deleted or fully anonymised.

If you have provided information that could identify you and would like it removed from our records, you have the right to request this at any time.

Please include as much detail as you can about when and how you completed the survey (e.g. store location, approximate date/time) to help us locate and remove your response. We will action verified requests within a reasonable timeframe and in line with our obligations under UK data protection law.

In addition to the right to have your data removed (erasure), where applicable you also have the right to:

•       Ask what data we hold about you (access)

•       Ask us to correct inaccurate data (rectification)

•       Object to how your data is used (objection)

•       Ask us to restrict how your data is used (restriction)

Where possible, survey responses will be aggregated and reported on anonymously. Any direct quotes used in internal or external reporting will not be attributed to you by name unless you have separately and explicitly agreed to this.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in place at the time you complete the survey will apply to your responses.
